Vision:

Team DMS is committed to educating and inspiring all of our students to become globally competitive graduates.

 

                                                                       Mission Statement:

The mission of Dundalk Middle School is to produce students who are socially/emotionally, physically, and intellectually prepared to be leaders and productive members of society by fostering a positive relationship with students, parents, staff, and community members.  In fulfilling the mission, the faculty, staff, and administration will create a learner-centered environment that challenges students to think critically, work collaboratively, and reach their full potential.

 

 

Priority Area 1—Climate Goal:

Decrease the suspension rate from 14.2% to 10% by reducing the disproportionate number of African American males suspended.

To implement a home base advisory program where students can meet regularly with a teacher with whom they have a positive rapport for the purpose of promoting character education.

The percentage of students meeting or exceeding their mid-year MAP growth targets in mathematics will increase from 65% to 70% in 2018.
