Mission Statement
The mission of Dundalk Middle School is to teach, educate, and inspire students to become empowered college/career-oriented high school students.
We believe in the mission statement of the school, enjoy the challenge of becoming the best we can be, and understand that decisions will always reflect what is in the best interest of our students.
We believe that managing by results and diagnostic instruction, while maintaining the quality of instruction on a daily basis, will result in improved academic instruction for all students.
We believe and help implement the position (National Middle Schools Association) that "the overall climate of the school is itself a 'teacher'." A true middle school will evidence warmth, caring, and respect. This needed positive attitude is not possible if it is not rooted in a sense of harmony and togetherness on the part of the professional staff.
